Heyya!

This week was pretty eventful we had MLC down in Bangkok it was awesome! It was all about teaching towards baptism and helping others to be ready to be baptized as effectively and fast as possible! We did some trainings and saw some amazing miracles that are in the other email about Bank Stamp Joy and Ooy that got baptized! The work is going forward so amazingly! I have never seen such a fruitful period in my mission and I marvel at the changes that have occurred in me that have made it possible! I have been absolutely exhausted from the trip down to Bangkok which meant 2 days of no sleep and then fasting this past Sunday I have never felt so utterly exhausted as I did inviting Sunday night after the baptisms but the Lord sustained me!

Hey,

Sister are you inviting on baptism yet? It is the only way to go! The missionaries in the Taiwan missions have started doing it too and their baptisms are exploding! Pres Senior has been asked to train all the mission presidents in the entire Asia Area on inviting on like this. I have had 11 baptisms in the past 30 days all of street contacting and all that we do is use a baptism pass along card go up to someone and say:

Do you know what baptism is

Its the way you can become clean from sins! I know that through Jesus Christ you can be washed clean from the mistakes that you have done in the past. On Feb 16th do you want to be baptized and wash your sins away?

Yes

Tomorrow can we meet you at the church at 6pm and explain what you need to do to be baptized for 15 mins?

Yeah i would like that!

Yes

And then they come and we give them a date in the first 3 mins teach them how to pray have them pray then we give them a Book of Mormon and tell them to read it and then teach and commit them to Learn of Christ, Word of Wisdom, and the Sabbath day and set up a return appointment for the next day all inside of 20 mins! You should only teach those who are elect. It says in Preach My Gospel Chapter 9 that we are to teach those that will receive you so if they aren’t receiving you go find someone that will. You don’t have to fight with people or persuade them or prove anything YOU are a representative of Jesus Christ whatever you say they believe it because you were sent from God to them and they are elect. Please believe me it works just like that. I spent the greater part of my mission trying to convince people of the truth and working on Less Active's and not baptizing people. It is one of my greatest regrets. God sent you to Virginia to BAPTIZE! Not just one or two but "all men everywhere"!(D&C 133:16) Don’t believe anybody that tells you can’t baptize or that it’s hard to baptize or that people that are baptized quickly just fall away. I have believed it for far too long and have wasted so many opportunities to help others. Talk to everybody and find those that will receive you. Me and Elder Hunsaker have talked about it inviting like this would work just as well in America and anywhere else in the world! There will be a lot of rejection there is a ton of it here! Only maybe 1 in 90 people that we talk to are elect but it is so worth being rejected 89 times to help one person to be baptized! You are going to have to talk to a lot of people every day it is honestly soo much fun!! Most of the time even the rejections are funny! I dare you to go out and challenge 100 people to be baptized tomorrow. I promise you that if you invite 100 people to baptized there will be at least 1 who will say yes and will get baptized! Will you do it? I love you Sister and I LOVE this work I know that Jesus is the Christ our Savior and Redeemer and I have been so blessed to work alongside Him and see His arm revealed daily in the live of my investigators!
