Staying in Udon!

Hey

I’m still here!!! Soo happy about it! On Monday we got the call and they said I was moving and I was way sad and confused cause we were sure Elder Hunsaker was moving! 2 hours later we got a call from President asking to talk to me but it was 4 and we were taking a nap. We got up at 5:30 and called him back but he didn’t pick up so I called like every hour cause if President calls about you being transferred it’s a big deal. I figured I was probably training. He didn’t pick up all night and the next day too (the anticipation was killing me!) Finally on Tuesday Elder Campbell calls and told me I wasn’t moving, we were both staying, we were both so stoked!! Then the next day (Wed) after we finish studies President calls and asks Elder Hunsaker to be the new assistant and get on the next bus down to Bangkok, so we did. We got his stuff packed inside of an hour and got on a bus down. (Just an aside after 5 mins on the bus this guy starts snoring way loud and he proceeded to snore off and on for the next 8 hours! It was absurd!) We didn’t get in until like 11 or 12 and they sent us to stay in Don Mueang (which is right next to Pakkret) we stayed with Elder Berbert and Elder Terry our buddies from the MTC we got to the house and they came out to help us with our bags and they locked the door but forgot the keys haha so we spent the next 45 mins trying to break in haha good times! Transfers were fun, got to see everybody but there were some sad goodbyes, that was quite the group that just went home! My new companion up here in Udon is wait for it . . . Elder Terry!! Ya that’s right! So sick we are way stoked to be working together and killing each other (in the mission)

We had two more baptisms this week Sis Ann and Sis Jeffi were baptized! I forgot my camera at the house so I will have to send pics next week. The district has completely been transformed Sis Tilley Elder Proctor and I are the only ones left. So there is Elder Terry and I The new district leader is Elder Watts and he is training Elder Burke, then we have Sisters Tilley and Downs and in branch 1 Sisters Yim and Slaugh the new elder in Gumps is Elder Jensen. Oh I almost forgot on the way here today I was biking along a bee flew into me and when I brushed it off it stung me on the finger! 

I really hope and that I get in at BYU! I guess you will know next time you email me whoah that’s crazy! Basketball sounds awesome this past week! That’s hilarious that they canceled school for the time that the Olympic hockey game was on hahaha only in Canada! I will definitely get a suit here and yes I will be shopping I will find some new ties too.
